Man stabbed on Las Vegas Boulevard

Police believe a Hispanic male stabbed another man in the 3300 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, near Cheyenne Avenue, said Metro supervisor Lt. Yaz Yatomi. Police responded to the call about 7:43 p.m. on Friday, but Yatomi said the perpetrator escaped the area on a bicycle before officers arrived.

The man who was stabbed was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries. The man, in his mid-30s, is expected to survive.
