Metro names suspect in stabbing death near Cashman Center

Las Vegas police are looking for a man in connection with a killing near Cashman Center in January.
Detectives have identified 43-year old Santos Aurelio Urbina-Jurado as a suspect in the Jan. 10 stabbing death of Jesus Rebollado Orozo, 53, police said Thursday. A warrant has been issued for Urbina-Jurado’s arrest.
Police described the suspect as standing approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 225 pounds. He has short, brown-and-grey hair and brown eyes. Urbina-Jurado should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
Orozo, of Las Vegas, was found dead by Metro outside a home in the 800 block of Sagman Street, near the intersection of Maryland Parkway and Bruce Street about 8:35 a.m. Jan. 10. He died of multiple stab wounds, according to the Clark County coroner’s office.
Last month, police told the Review-Journal that the man was attacked when he was walking toward the courtyard of the residence.
