Motorcyclist who died in Saturday crash identified
The motorcyclist who was killed in a Saturday crash in North Las Vegas has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
Derrick Roland Singleton Jr., 26, of North Las Vegas, was southbound on Camino Al Norte about 4:30 p.m. when he crashed into an SUV that was northbound on Camino Al Norte and making a turn onto Washburn Road, North Las Vegas police said.
Singleton died at University Medical Center. The driver of the SUV was not injured.
The driver of the SUV was arrested, police said Saturday. The charges were not immediately available.
