Teen exiting bus hit by car in southwest valley
A teen was hit by a car in the southwest valley Tuesday evening, police say.
A 16-year-old boy got off of a bus at Jones Boulevard and Rochelle Avenue, near Flamingo Road, about 7 p.m.
He then ran into traffic and was hit by a car, police said.
He was taken to University Medical Center’s pediatric unit with injuries that were not life-threatening.
