67-year-old inmate dies in Carson City
A 67-year-old inmate at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City died Thursday, the Nevada Department of Corrections said.
John Parks died at the center’s Regional Medical Facility, the department said.
Parks, from Washoe County, was serving a life sentence for second-degree murder, the department said. He had been imprisoned since May 15, 1987.
