Firefighter, 2 others suffer minor injuries in Henderson fire

Two civilians and one Henderson firefighter suffered minor injuries during a Sunday fire near Boulder Highway and U.S Highway 95, according to a city spokeswoman.

No one was hospitalized.

Fire crews were called about 4:40 p.m. to a trailer park in the 2000 block of Magic Way, Henderson spokeswoman Kathleen Richards said. The fire was put out “quickly.”

One civilian inhaled smoke and a civilian and the firefighter each suffered a cut to a hand, Richards said.

The cause of the fire as well as how much property was damaged was not immediately known.
