Inmate found dead in apparent suicide in Northern Nevada
An inmate was found dead in an apparent suicide at Northern Nevada Correctional Center, the Nevada Department of Corrections said Tuesday.
Timothy Seibel, a 50-year-old Washoe County man, was found dead in his cell Sunday. He was serving a sentence of 19-48 months for battery causing substantial harm.
The Department of Corrections believes Seibel killed himself. The Carson City coroner’s office will determine the cause.
