Outlook: The Skyhawks return 17 lettermen from last year’s squad.

Fellows (.430, 6 doubles, 5 triples, 4 home runs, 26 RBIs) is hoping to have another big year.

“There are a lot of veteran type players on the 2018 edition of Silverado baseball,” Whitaker said. “The expectation is that leadership, coupled with an expedited learning curve by talented young players, will put us in the hunt.

“We have ballplayers that like to play hard and compete.”
