Outlook: The Rattlers had a rough time in the Northwest League last season, but with three starters back and a change of scenery by moving to Division I-A, the team should be more able to compete.
Hines is the leading returning scorer after averaging 12.0 points per game, and Federico chipped in 8.0 ppg.
"Our team is a year older and more experienced," Darfour said. "Our goal is to be competitive and put ourselves in position to make the playoffs."
