Bonita Vista tops Mustangs
Bryan Montreuil ran for 140 yards on 21 carries, including a 3-yard touchdown run in the third quarter as Bonita Vista (Calif.) defeated host Shadow Ridge 17-7 on Friday.
Zak Hill caught a 2-yard pass from Nick McDearmon for Shadow Ridge’s touchdown. Josh Mullins had three sacks and two tackles for loss for the Mustangs.
Bonita Vista quarterback Joel Gutierez also had a 12-yard touchdown pass to Greg McGhee and German Palma made two of the Barons’ four interceptions.
