Duldulao, Saints run past Lincoln County

Jacob Duldulao rushed for 177 yards and three touchdowns Friday to lift Mountain View’s football team to a 60-28 win at Lincoln County.

Duldulao scored on a 32-yard run in the first quarter, an 18-yard scamper in the third and a 20-yard run in the fourth quarter. Mountain View (2-2, 1-0 Class 2A Southern) racked up 416 rushing yards on 36 total carries.

Saints quarterback T.J. Engel rushed for 1- and 7-yard touchdowns and also completed a 40-yard strike to Justyn Anderson, who added a 7-yard TD run.

The Saints led 36-20 entering the fourth quarter, but put the game away on the 7-yard scoring run by Engel, a 3-yard TD run by Larson and Duldulao’s final touchdown.

Cole McClain had second-half touchdown runs of 5 and 65 yards for the Lynx (1-2, 0-1). McClain rushed for 154 yards on 13 carries, and Taylor Price carried 15 times for 107 yards for Lincoln County.
