Second-half uprising sends Laughlin by White Pine
Justin Quibell threw two touchdown passes and rushed for another score Friday to lift Laughlin’s football team to a 50-14 win over visiting White Pine.
The Cougars (1-3, 1-2 Division III Southern) rallied from a 14-12 halftime deficit against the Bobcats (0-4, 0-2).
Christian Avery caught one of Quibell’s TD throws and ran for two more scores for Laughlin.
