Top players: MF Kim Olivarez (Sr.), MF Cristal Mendoza (Jr.), MF Jacquie Avila (Sr.), D Vanessa Rojo (Sr.), GK Hannah Pewtress (Sr.)

Outlook: The Sundevils lost only four starters from last year’s squad, but must replace their top scorer and goalkeeper.

Pewtress will take over in goal, and Olivarez (11 goals, 5 assists), Mendoza (6 goals, 11 assists) and Avila (7 goals, 4 assists) should help make up for the loss of offense.

“New goalkeeper Hannah Pewtress and Vanessa Rojo look to anchor a defense that returns everyone from last year,” Ostler said. “If this group can jell on offesne, Eldorado should be very competitive.”
