ROUNDUP: Romero helps Bulldogs hold off Mustangs

Dominique Romero had a goal and an assist Wednesday to lead Centennial’s girls soccer team to a 2-0 road win over Shadow Ridge.

Sienna Drizin added a goal for the Bulldogs.

Natalie Gilbertson made six saves to earn the shutout.

Palo Verde 2, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Cimarron-Memorial, Stacie Gubler had five saves to pick up the shutout as the Panthers topped the Spartans.

Alexa D’Acunto and Sila Tuiofea each scored a goal for Palo Verde.

Desert Oasis 2, Clark 0 — At Clark, Kylee Beauford and Kayla Irmen each tallied a second-half goal to lift the Diamondbacks past the Chargers.

Spring Valley 5, Bonanza 0 — At Bonanza, Markie Henderson and Alyssa Gomez scsored two goals apiece to help the Grizzlies blank the Bengals.

Bailey Boyack supplied a goal for Spring Valley, and Megan Delaney was in goal to claim the shutout.

Sierra Vista 6, Western 0 — At Western, Sophia Omidiji had three goals, and Danyella Gonzalez added two goals and an assists as the Mountain Lions rolled past the Warriors.

Elise Aguirre added a goal and an assist, and Taryn Farris dished out two assists for Sierra Vista.

Cheyenne 5, Legacy 1 — At Cheyenne, Deborah Chinchilla and Adriana Basin each scored two goals to lead the Desert Shields past the Longhorns.

Samantha Floyd added a goal and two assists for Cheyenne, and Mackenzie Smith had two assists.

Devonna Palmer scored for Legacy.

Bishop Gorman 10, Durango 0 — At Bishop Gorman, Charlotte Brascia scored five goals to help the Gaels top the Trailblazers.

Haley Wingender added two goals and two assists, Mia Moore had a goal and an assist, and Allie Arguello and Savannah Schmidt each scored a goal for the Gaels.

Angelica Pawlowski was credited with the shutout.

Arbor View 9, Mojave 1 — At Arbor View, Falon Miller notched three goals to help the Aggies cruise by the Rattlers.

Haley Vicente added a goal and two assists for Arbor View, which also got goals from Kayla White, Taylor Gill, Deztine Villasane, Skylar Peters and Kallyn Redona.

Mojave’s Crystal Adame scored on a penalty kick in the 18th minute.
