Maxwell, Spartans pull away from Diamondbacks
Tanner Maxwell posted 15 kills and nine assists to lead Cimarron-Memorial’s boys volleyball team to a 25-20, 25-19, 25-21 sweep of visiting Desert Oasis on Monday.
Hunter Stratton added 12 kills, and Taylor Larsen had 19 assists for the Spartans.
Trevor Zarvian led Desert Oasis with 21 assists, three blocks, three kills and three digs. Zach
Bobenhausen added 10 kills and two blocks, and Danny Eslinger had 17 digs for the Diamondbacks.
