The first winner of America’s Next Top Model and ex-Mrs. Christopher Knight Adrianne Curry celebrated her birthday and separation Friday night at Blush (Wynn). After dancing at Blush, Curry moved the party to Surrender (Encore). The model continued celebrating in a bungalow by the pool Saturday at Enocore Beach Club.
