Black Caucus to host North Las Vegas election forum

The Clark County Democratic Black Caucus will host a “diversity forum” Thursday evening with North Las Vegas municipal election candidates. The event, which is open to the public, will begin at 6 p.m. at the West Las Vegas Library, 951 W. Lake Mead Blvd.
