In a photo on Page 8B in Sunday’s Las Vegas Review-Journal, Franny Forsman, who retires today as a federal public defender, appears with Bret Whipple. The accompanying photo caption referenced how Forsman persuaded the state Pardons Board to grant a full pardon to Reggie Hayes.
