A story in Wednesday’s Review-Journal about the status of bills in the Legislature contained incorrect information about Assembly Bill 78, which was killed in the Senate on a 9-12 vote. The bill would have prevented limited liability corporations and other corporations from qualifying for the home-based business exemption from the state’s business license fees.
