Ezekiel Rubalcada appeared in fron of Justice of the Peace Donald Gibson Sr. in Henderson Justice Court on Tuesday. Rubalcada ia accused of stealing $482,883 from a sports betting account at the M Resort that was owned by Billy Walters. Prosecutors will seek an indictment against Rubalcada.
