Fire Station 48 open in northwest
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue opened Fire Station 48 this morning at 9133 Elkhorn Road, in the northwest Las Vegas community of Centennial Hills.
The new station is the located west of Durango Drive and U.S. Highway 95. A grand opening community event will be held Friday from 2 to 3 p.m.
