Genghis Grill opens in Henderson

Genghis Grill at 550 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson opened March 11.

Owner-operator William Rodriguez has teamed up with Genghis Grill corporate in a joint venture.  Brooke Chavez is leading brand development with Regan Noad, local operator, to develop the Genghis brand in Las Vegas.
Genghis Grill is reported to be the largest Mongolian Grill in the U.S.
The first Genghis Grill opened in 1998 in Dallas.
