Group to appeal ruling on Reno strip club sign
RENO — A citizens’ group said it intends to appeal an administrative hearing officer’s decision that paves the way for a downtown Reno strip club to construct a new three-sided sign.
The officer ruled Tuesday that the city of Reno correctly followed city codes when it approved the request by the Wild Orchid Gentlemen’s Club, whose sign now features video screens and images of scantily clad employees.
