"Peepshow" star Holly Madison was a cameo Saturday night in "The Nutcracker" ballet at the Paris. The "Holly’s World" star has been rehearsing and going to costume fittings all week. “The Nutcracker” will be performed nightly from Dec. 17-24 at the Paris Theater.
