Impact Nevada: A look at CCSD’s English Language Learner Program

Clark County School District is home to the second largest ELL ("English Language Learner") population in the nation. Nevada is one of eight states that does not offer additional funds to ELL students. We look at the issue and examine the impact of funding and ELL students on the state.
