LA judge delays trial of Michael Jackson doctor

LOS ANGELES — A judge is delaying the trial for the doctor charged in Michael Jackson’s death to give defense attorneys time to counter new prosecution experts. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor says "the need for fundamental fairness" requires a delay. He didn’t say how long.
