Who are those two women?
Two unidentified Nevada women are featured in Newsweek’s 50,000-word opus on the presidential campaign. In a two-page photo spread in the Nov. 17 edition, starting on page 112 in a section called “The Final Days,” there are four photos of a Barack Obama rally in Las Vegas. The site isn’t identified, but it might have been the Oct. 25 rally at Bonanza High School. The photo of the two young black women, one wearing a blue T-shirt with Obama’s face, is compelling.
If anyone knows who they are, let me know. As often happens, photographers capture a great photo, but someone down the line doesn’t bother to identify the people by names. But I’m sure that among my thousands of blog readers, someone will know who they are.
