Tao Group partner Noah Tepperberg celebrated his 36th birthday Friday at Lavo (Palazzo). Tepperberg was surprised with a cake resembling his favorite footwear.  R&B singer Maxwell, right, joined the large group dining before they headed up to the nightclub.
