Pedestrian struck on I-15 identified
The man who was killed crossing Interstate 15 by foot Sunday morning has been identified.
David M. Branham, 33, of Portland, Ore., died after he was struck by a taxi while trying to cross I-15 near the Flamingo Road exit around 5:45 a.m.
