Playboy’s 2011 Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair and friends dined at STK (Cosmopolitan) on Thursday. Sinclair used STK’s exclusive, diamond-encrusted 15K steak knife, which contains 5 carats of diamonds and was designed by Jason’s of Beverly Hills.
