Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada celebrated "Thanksgiving in April: Feast of Hope" Thursday, April 26, 2012, at the St. Vincent Lied Dining Facility at 1502 North Main Street. More than 120 volunteers served about 1,800 sit-down meals including salad, rosemary garlic roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables and strawberry shortcake trifle for desert.
