Hundreds of Southern Nevadans have ventured to Washington to witness today’s historic swearing-in of President-elect Barack Obama. Like many Americans, the visitors are carrying with them the hope that Obama’s inauguration will signal a fresh start for the country in the midst of a recession and after years of war. The Las Vegas Review-Journal asked a number of pilgrims to the nation’s capital what they would like Obama to tell the nation in his inaugural address.
