Aren’t there more important local issues than celebrities and sports?
Crime is increasing in our city and out of control. The homeless situation is dire and growing (check out the wash on Russell Road and Boulder Highway). Road rage is increasing every day, and driving is no longer safe. Yet what do we mainly see in the Review-Journal? Sports teams, stadiums, celebrities (in their own minds) and athletes.
What has happened to our country and this city? Is there any hope for a safer future? Where are your articles on these issues? I’m glad I’m old and in the way.
