LETTER: Russia and bounties on U.S. troops

It has been reported by U.S. intelligence that Russia put a bounty on U.S. soldiers’ lives in Afghanistan. Russia has transferred funds to the Taliban. The president refuses to say a bad word about Russia. If this is true, one could only conclude that our president is a Russian asset. Time to listen to the Lincoln Project.
