The Clark County School District and legal costs

I read with great interest the Monday Review-Journal headline about the Clark County School District’s legal bills (“CCSD runs up legal bills”). It brought to mind the time that we talked with an associate superintendent about an elementary school administration and teacher who had bullied our grandchild. “So what?” we were told. “I’m not afraid of being sued.”
