The Florida school shooter and an insanity plea

Another nightmare with this mass shooter at a Parkland, Fla., high school. I trust he will be deemed mentally incompetent and committed to a psychiatric facility and in a few short years given clearance that he is cured and ready for release. That’s the good ol’ American way.
