Joey Gallo hit a baseball really far — VIDEO

They say things are bigger in Texas, and Joey Gallo’s home runs are no exception.

The Rangers slugger smashed the third homer of his young major league career Saturday, and it was a doozy.

In the 4th inning of a game against the Minnesota Twins, Gallo got hold of a J.R. Graham fastball and rocketed it deep into the upper deck of Globe Life Park.

The Rangers reported the distance of the shot at 461 feet, making it the fourth-longest in the park’s history. ESPN said it went 471 feet, making it the longest bomb in the stadium since 2011.

All of this in only the 10th big league game for the Bishop Gorman product. He might have a future in this league.
