1 Warrior’s Ridge – Ran OK in last first time at this bottom class rung; can sit a trip and grind it out late.

2 Takeit Tothe Limit – Tepid chalk has lead last four times and gave it up four times; still the one to catch.

Long Shot – 3 Badasmywifeletsmeb

Race 2 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $56,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up

2 Tizapalooza – When in doubt see who Rafael Bejarano landed on; been away for Marty Jones, expect improvement.

4 War Destiny – FTS from the John Sadler barn; most of these have had plenty of chances, time for new blood.

Long Shot – 8 Clickjab

Race 3 – 1 1/16th miles (turf), Purse $30,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 3-year-olds and up

3 Silver Torch – Last two starts are good for this class level; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.

8 Sir Macho – Must overcome a parking lot post leaving the chute; start of a Pick 6 carryover of $47K.

Long Shot – 2 Synnin

Race 4 – 1 mile, Purse $21,000, Claiming $12,500, 3-year-olds and up

4 Shun – Cannot ignore a solid 4-of-7 wins over synthetic surfaces; some were at Keeneland, some in SoCal.

1 Friendly Banter – Big trainer switch to Shaun Morrow; has the resume to handle these, but left a better barn.

Long Shot – 2 Senor Rain

Race 5 – 1 mile (turf), Purse $40,000, Optional claiming 440,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

9 Margot Machance – Was a half-stride late last time out; well spotted to compete against his friends again.

7 Intoxicating Move – Solid chance in one of the hardest races on the card; part of a late cavalry charge.

Long Shot – 3 Baruta

Race 6 – 7 furlongs, Purse $68,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

9 Meinertzhageni – Has won 3-times over synthetic surfaces; has tactical speed to sit a nice trip throughout.

8 Kathleen Rose – Has 2-race record over synthetics; has matured since then and may be fast enough now.

Long Shot – 7 Judy In Disguise

Race 7 – 1 1/16th miles (turf), $250,000 Seabiscuit Handicap, 3-year-olds and up

8 Tom’s Tribute – He loves Del Mar turf so has a home field advantage; you should forgive his BC Mile effort.

6 Kaigun – Draw a line thru the BC Mile and his resume looks much better; big rider switch to Corey Nakatani.

Long Shot – 3 Boozer

Race 8 – 6 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, 2-year-olds

10 Increase – Tiago Pereira had choices and opted to ride for A.C. Avila; takes a class drop to face these.

3 Jet Trick – Leap of faith that Rafael Bejarano lands on a live one; much improved run last time out.

Long Shot – 6 Original Rex
