The Nittany Lions are showing dramatic improvement for coach Bill O’Brien. In its fifth straight win, 38-14 at Iowa, Penn State looked strong on both sides of the ball. The Buckeyes’ luck is due to run out, mostly because of their weak defense. Star quarterback Braxton Miller could be shaky after getting knocked out of a miracle overtime victory against Purdue.
