Pavlik set to fight on undercard of Pacquiao-Mosley
Former world middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik was added to the undercard of the May 7 welterweight title fight between Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand Garden.
Pavlik (36-2, 32 knockouts) will face undefeated Alfonso Lopez (21-0, 16 KOs) in a 10-round bout at a catch weight of 170 pounds.
Pavlik hasn’t fought since losing his WBC and WBO titles to Sergio Martinez last April, and he recently ended a four-month stay at the Betty Ford Center in California to battle alcoholism.
