ARBOR VIEW Girls basketball player Candice McFarland totaled 50 points in five games at the Sierra Vista Invitational, leading the Aggies to two victories. Boys basketball player Darington Banks averaged 20 points and four assists at the Sierra Vista Invitational.

BASIC Boys basketball player Tyler Dobbins had 15 points, six assists and five steals against Boulder City.

BONANZA Girls basketball player Christin Figgins had 18 points and 12 assists in a 77-35 victory over Shadow Ridge. Wrestler Seth Clucas took sixth place at the Las Vegas Holiday Classic.

CENTENNIAL Boys basketball player Matt Holley was named to the all-tournament team at the Las Vegas Prep Championship. Girls basketball player Johnna Brown totaled 72 points in four games. Brown had 11 rebounds against Highland (Ariz.) and six assists and seven steals against Elko.

CORONADO Boys basketball player Charlie Wakefield totaled 50 points in three victories at the Las Vegas Prep Championship. Girls soccer player Veronica Subu had three goals in a 6-2 win over Liberty.

DESERT OASIS Girls basketball player Richelle Carino had six points, three assists and two steals against Durango. Boys basketball player Anthony Lianzo had 16 points, three assists and two steals against Durango.

ELDORADO Boys basketball player Charles White had 15 points, nine rebounds, six assists and four steals in a 73-69 win over Rancho.

FOOTHILL Boys basketball player Evan Roquemore averaged 15.0 points and 4.0 assists over the holiday break, making the all-tournament teams at the Bishop Gorman Holiday Classic and the Desert Heat Classic.

GREEN VALLEY Wrestler Mason Saldana placed fifth at the Las Vegas Holiday Classic and fourth at the Sierra Nevada tournament.

LAS VEGAS Wrestler Madison Hales placed first at the Las Vegas Holiday Classic and El Cajon (Calif.) Invitational to improve to 19-0 on the season.

LEGACY Boys basketball player Siane Laine had 13 points, three assists and two steals against Shadow Ridge. Girls basketball player Breanna Watkins had 19 points against Shadow Ridge.

PALO VERDE Girls basketball player Hayley Henderson averaged 19.4 points to lead the Panthers to a 3-2 record at the Las Vegas Holiday Classic. Boys basketball player Moses Morgan averaged 17 points and five rebounds to lead the Panthers to a second-place finish at the Las Vegas Prep Championship.

SILVERADO Girls basketball player Shea Collins averaged 19.4 points and 3.6 assists and made the all-tournament team at the Las Vegas Holiday Classic. Boys basketball player Wade Collie averaged 25 points, 15 rebounds and five assists in leading the Skyhawks to the championship of the National Invitational.

VALLEY Boys basketball player Johnquez Brooks averaged 17.0 points, 2.1 assists and 2.4 steals in two holiday tournaments.
