Lionel Messi scored an amazing goal to put Barcelona ahead 1-0 en route to a 3-1 victory over Athletic Bilbao on Saturday to win the Copa del Rey final.
Messi, a 27-year-old from Argentina who has 58 goals this season, dribbled through four defenders before booting the ball into the back corner of the net.
One YouTube user compiled 16 different commentaries of the play, complete with each glorious “GOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLL” call.
ESPN Deportes announcer Jorge Ramos sums up the feelings of most soccer fans when he says, “Gracias a Messi por existir,” which translates to “Thank you, Messi, for exisiting.”
