Hard Way Ten – Classy graduate tries turf and facing winners for the first time; like that Rafael Bejarano stays on.

So Hottie – Returns form an 11-month hiatus at this bottom class rung; she showed talent before going on the shelf.
Sister Lucy – Good looking graduate facing winners for the first time; she need not be much to compete with these.

My Secret Life – Third start off a 2-month hiatus should be a charm; he just looks a lot faster than these.
Willycan – FTS at least from a trainer I can recognize, Gary Mandella; need not be much to earn a paycheck.
Long Shot – Zing Zing

Indy Ride – Claimed by A. C. Avila, enough for me to expect big improvement; like the turn back in distance too.
Stray Cat – Third start off a 2-month hiatus; dead late closer will sit in arrears and make one run.

Preamble – Like the parking lot post for going down the hillside turf course; figures to fire fast in the lane.
Tweebster – Faced much tougher last year at Del Mar; freshened 8 months, the only question is fitness.

Wells Furgo – Sliding down the claiming ladder to the bottom level; this is a now or never spot for him.
Casa O – John Sadler cull bounced in last after a solid debut second; can upset if he runs back to that race.

Giganticus – Dead late closer win and takes a big class drop; may be a big red flag, but repeat race wins this.
Youthful Ambition – Speedball figures to wear a target on his back; flattered when Crossing the Line won next out.

Roar of Applause – Mike Mitchell puts up the white flag running for $40K; like that Rafael Bejarano takes the call.
Street Car – Bob Baffert has an uncoupled entry, so keep an eye on Red Door Drive; good chance he’ll be involved early.

Bourbon Bay – He’s finally figured it out after underachieving for so long; this is a real galloper’s race.
Stalingrad – Showed no signs of rust winning in hard off a 20-month vacation; speed to lead or sit close up.
