Flew First Class – For forgiving handicappers after being a beaten chalk; her race two back is fast enough beat these.
Threat – Speedball figures to be sent to the lead by Tyler Baze; goes as fast and as far as she can.
Long Shot – Come Back Girl
Race 2 – 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $33,000, Claiming $40,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Doughnut – Takes a steep class drop where she could finally break through; Jim Cassidy uses his main man David Flores.
Stretchinthelimits – Rafael Bejarano had his choice of mounts and lands on this Mike Mitchell filly; will grind late.
Long Shot – Voodoo’s Vision
Race 3 – 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 4-year-olds and up
Bostoner – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; best of a very slow group.
Leavin in a Limo – Has shown good closing kick for Brian Koriner; beaten chalk will be passing a lot of horses late.
Long Shot – Don’t Forget Muq
Race 4 – 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $48,000, Allowance, 4-year-olds and up
Lucky Honey – Claimed by Jack Carava who ran him in a aggressive spot last time; big chance if he holds his recent form.
Sognatore – Bobby Frankel has an uncoupled entry and this colt is the shorter price; Garrett Gomez will ride this one.
Long Shot – Apoplectic
Race 5 – 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $13,000, Claiming $10,000, 4-year-olds and up
Flip the Penny – Won in last against cheaper at Golden Gate; he has decent SoCal form, must be respected.
Wineshine – Beaten favorite is looking to rebound at a better price; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.
Long Shot – Greedy Way

Oscar Bound – Ran a clunker last time with blinkers on; key for me Garrett Gomez takes a leap of faith here.
Captain Kali – Speedy sort may find himself in front of a no passing zone race; Joe Talamo rations his early speed.
Long Shot – Crazy Wager

Bad Big Al – Dead late closer takes a necessary class drop in search of victory; should see an aggressive race shape.
Yankee Visionary – Tepid chalk in a wide open race; dead late closer beat easier in last, steps up today.
Long Shot – Exotic Story

Sweet August Moon – Saw a perfect race shape last time and received a flawless ride by John Velazquez; reunited with Aaron Gryder.
High Resolve – Speedball may have a problem if Starry Pursuit and Joe Talamo decides to duel; she is a tough nut.

Foreign Taurean – Steve Knapp likes to win on the drop in class; this colt goes from $75K to $32K today, pretty steep.
