Granite – Was bothered in his career debut, but still ran well; Mike Harrington colt should improve in his second start.

Giveitagomate – FTS from the always dangerous baby barn of Adam Kitchingman; no bullet works, but watch the tote board.

Long Shot – Got Alot Going

Race 2 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Claiming $25,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds

In Daddy’s Honor – Did everything but win last time in a top effort; Mike Mitchell keeps bugboy Campos on for another chance.

Sweet Roseman – Claimed by Frank Monteleone who legs up his main man Victor Espinoza; adds blinkers on, will be live.

Long Shot – Almacita

Race 3 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $54,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Magnificience – She has been away a year, but she couldn’t have picked a softer return race; will she look like Big Brown?

Renagade Ruby – Subtle turn back in distance off a sharp win in last; Tyler Baze won’t change her running style for this.

Long Shot – Steelin’

Race 4 – 6 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

Sneaky Jack – Beaten favorite in last was claimed by Vladmir Cerin; big rider switch to Rafael Bejarano who moves horses up.

Smooch – First leg of the pick 6 with a $134k carryover; Valdivia appeared to win last time with something left in the tank.

Long Shot – Back in the Shade

Race 5 – 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $53,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up

Liberian Freighter – Despite winning a NW1X for Cal-breds, he’s eligible for the same condition in open company; Bejarano again.

Cadillac – Decent U.S. debut down the hillside turf course in last; big rider switch to Mike Smith, can be along in time.

Long Shot – Propaganda

Race 6 – 6 furlongs, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds

Texas Dolly – Alex Solis refused to give her her head in last, costing her the win; if she wants to go, don’t fight her Alex.

Stettler – Turf Paradise shipper joins the barn of Jeff Mullins; she may seem overmatched, but her workouts speak otherwise.

Long Shot – Warm ‘n Toasty

Race 7 – 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $37,000, Claiming $50,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

No Ka Oi – Reclaimed by Jack Carava, a very strong trainer angle; she steps up two notches in class, but has never been better.

The King’s Lass – Makes her third start off a 1-year hiatus; she is making a subtle turn back in distance for this.

Long Shot – Exquisite Beauty

Race 8 – 7 furlongs, $100,000 Laz Barrera Memorial, 3-year-olds

Salute the Sarge – Didn’t run a step at Keeneland in the Lexington, but that’s happened to others; better as a closing sprinter.

Dixie Chatter – He beat Salute the Sarge in the Norfolk, but that was his last start 8-months ago; prepping for the Affirmed.

Long Shot – Afleet Ruler

Race 9 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $50,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Aspen Diamond – Was never asked for, nor given a chance to, compete in her debut; Victor Espinoza rides with the go sign.

Cassablanca – Tepid chalk in a difficult finale to the pick 6; could not beat easier at Bay Meadows, it’s another spread race.
