Long Shot – 4 Full Effect

Race 2 – 1 mile, Purse $20,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

1 Zippin E – Speedball claimed off a good effort; flattered when Stunningly won easy next time out.

5 Hot Ticket – Huge class dropper from Doug O’Neill; need not be much to cash a paycheck with these.

Long Shot – 3 Angel of Mystery

Race 3 – 1 1/16th miles (turf), Purse $65,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

7 Ex Lover – Third start off a 10-month hiatus; return today of Chantal Sutherland off a suspension.

8 Hard Sun – Logical chalk has run 3 good races in a row; closed well into a wicked fast pace last out.

Long Shot – 4 Warren’s Got Game

Race 4 – 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 2-year-olds

7 Ride Captain – Good spot for this ship and win to get the marbles; facing one of the worst fields so far at Del Mar.

5 Teasing Bernie – Took action in debut and must be respected on the drop; Doug O’Neill is the busiest trainer at the meet.

Long Shot – 1 Endless Cruise

Race 5 – 1 mile (turf), Purse $63,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

4 California Heat – Huge rider switch to Rafael Bejarano for the money shot; her race two back can clearly beat these.

6 Bodie Girl – Exits a fast bullet work; stretching out in distance off a good second, will be forwardly placed.

Long Shot – 1 Atala

Race 6 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Claiming $8,000, 3-year-olds and up

9 Indy Ride – Claimed by Mark Glatt and dropped down in class; like the turn back in distance, will fly late.

12 Morganouska – Suspect speedball tactics from the wide out; not seen in 8 months, figures to be fresh, maybe fit.

Long Shot – 13 Dee Dee’s Legacy

Race 7 – 5 furlongs (turf), $85,000 Green Flash, 3-year-olds and up

6 Gallant Son – Chance to upset on the turf back in distance; was never given a chance to run last time out.

2 Ventana – Tries turf for the first time; he has the back class and will see a wickedly fast early pace to chase.

Long Shot – 7 Lt. Hopeful

Race 8 – 1 mile, Purse $24,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

4 Jeopardy Lady – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; facing a very slow group.

10 Bayona – Filly by Tiznow has underachieved; these are her friends on the stetch out, will be forwardly placed.
