The Las Vegas Locomotives won their second straight United Football League championship today, beating the Florida Tuskers in a rematch of last year’s title game 23-20 at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Neb. The Locos (6-3) sealed the win when they blocked a 45-yard field goal attempt by Nick Novak of the Tuskers (5-4) on the final play of the game.
