LVMS set for multiple weekend events
Racing returns to Las Vegas Motor Speedway after taking a break from the summer heat.
Lucas Oil Modifieds and the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series will race at the LVMS Bullring on Saturday.
Two U.S. Legend Cars International races will be run around midnight.
At the Strip at LVMS, the Tony Rowe Enterprises Championship Bracket Series and Silver State Refrigeration Pro Index Series will run qualifying, time trials and eliminations. Racing is expected to last until 2 a.m.
Both venues also will host events tonight.
INEX points races will be run at the Bullring, and Dodge Midnight Mayhem is scheduled at the Strip. Midnight Mayhem is the speedway’s street-legal racing series that is open for the public to compete.
