Today’s best bet: Indiana State (-1) over Wichita State
Both teams have struggled mightily away from home this season, but the Sycamores have had slightly more success than the Shockers. Wichita State enters the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament having not won a road game since Jan. 5. Indiana State has not been much better, but did finish conference play four games better than the Shockers.
