No starting surprises
UNLV coach Lon Kruger said he might shake up the starting lineup, but it is as expected for tonight’s game against Wyoming at the Thomas & Mack Center.
Wink Adams, Rene Rougeau and Tre’Von Willis are startiing at the guards, and the forwards are Darris Santee and Joe Darger.
WATCH OUT FOR EWING
Just an idea, but UNLV might want to keep an eye on Wyoming guard Brandon Ewing. He is on a tear, entering this game with at least 20 points in five consecutive games and eight of the past nine.
Ewing also leads the Mountain West Conference in scoring (19.4-point average) and assists (5.4).
GOOD SHOWING
A crowd of about 12,000 to 14,000 already is seated. A little surprising the count is that high considering the Rebels’ struggles.
